TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF The Heart Healing Network LLC & Prophetic Heart Healing Programs
THESE TERMS ARE IMPORTANT AND AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE PRIOR TO PURCHASING OUR MENTORSHIP, HEALING & CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. BY PURCHASING OUR MENTORSHIP, HEALING & CERTIFICATION PROGRAMS, YOU EXPLICITLY AGREE TO ALL OF THE TERMS FOUND HEREIN. THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND THE ARBITRATION PROVISION SO THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS
Section 1 – Introduction & Consent to Terms
Welcome to The Heart Healing Network LLC, a California limited liability company aka Prophetic Heart Healing’s (referred to herein as “PHH”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) Terms and Conditions of Purchase (referred to herein as the “Terms” or the “Agreement”). This is a legal binding contract between PHH, and you, the signatory to these Terms.
All purchasers of our Deep Dive Wholeness Program, Module 1,2 &3 & Certification Programs (referred to herein as "PHH Programs") (as defined below) are required to explicitly agree to these Terms prior to purchasing our PHH Programs, either through e-signature or an “I Accept” button. If you do not agree with all the provisions found in these Terms, we ask that you do not purchase our PHH Programs. By purchasing our PHH Programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Nothing contained in these Terms or the PHH Programs shall be construed as providing you professional advice of any kind, directly or indirectly. All information conveyed in the PHH Programs is information in nature and is based on PHH and its owners’ years of experience in helping people heal through Jesus but is not a substitute for medical, legal, or other professional advice. If you encounter someone with a serious medical issue, whether physical or mental, please refer them to a medical professional. Finally, your use of any information contained in the PHH Programs is at your own risk, and you are solely responsible for the consequences of any such use.
Community Rules are listed in each PHH Program’s Facebook Group Under the GUIDES tab. If you are not following these community guidelines, we the COMPANY reserve the right to discontinue your access to the PHH Programs at any time without refund for breach of these guidelines.
We reserve the right to modify the contents of these Terms at any time. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to these Terms. Any significant modification to these Terms will be notated at the top of these Terms.
Section 2 – Information About PHH and our PHH Programs
PHH is the creation and life work of Elise and Jeremy Tarango, a Christ-centered couple who have assisted hundreds of people around the world encounter Jesus and receive the healing that only He can bring. Through Elise and Jeremy’s own personal healing journey, they discovered the transformative power of Christ-centered healing and are now inspired to help others do the same through their training programs, Certification and Business Accelerator Courses.
PHH offers a Prophetic Heart Healing training for healing in our Deep Dive Wholeness Program (PHH Programs), as well as training in three levels (the “PHH Programs”) and an additional Certification opportunity, that, if certified, will enable you to start, continue, or grow your own Christ-centered heart healing business and provide better quality heart healing services to persons in need. The PHH Programs will train and prepare you to apply to conduct 1:1 heart healing sessions with clients (**note that the PHH Programs and Certification is not for group sessions or to become a PHH trainer**).
The PHH Programs are ideal for anyone who wants to:
●Go on their own healing journey
Gain knowledge of Prophetic Heart Healing; and help others in need.
● Use the gifts the Lord has given them

Section 3 – PHH Programs Renewal
Please note that your PHH program access will be valid for 6 months from the time of purchase, and each training module will unlock as you complete the program (ex: you will get access to future week lessons as you complete the first lesson, etc.)
Because the PHH programs are largely based on being coached by the PHH team during the 6 months, all requirements must be completed during the 6 months you have access to the PHH programs. If you do not finish, you will need to re-enroll for the course to extend and pay the current course cost.
Section 4 – Cost
The cost of the individual PHH Programs can be found on our website at www.deepdiveprogram.com (the “Program Cost”).
Payment for the PHH Programs must be made at the time of purchase, and can either be:
a. a one-time payment equal to the Program Cost; or
b. 6 equal payments (the “Payment Plan Method”) of one-sixth (1/6) of the Program Cost, plus an additional processing fee (“Processing Fees”) per payment (which you can find the current processing fee amount on our website at www.deepdiveprogram.com)
Payment for the PHH Programs can be made on our Website(s) at the time of purchase.
By selecting the Payment Plan Method, you hereby understand and agree that (a) you are responsible for and shall pay the entire cost of the Payment Plan Method including the Processing Fees; (b) you are required to provide us with a credit card authorization for twelve (3) equal payments of one-sixth (1/6) of the Program Cost plus the Processing Fees; and (c) failing to pay any one of the six (6) equal payments of one-sixth (1/6) of the Program Cost or the Processing Fees does not amount to a cancellation of the PHH Programs or your promise to pay the stated amounts which are and shall remain an obligation on your end until paid in full.
Please note: If you would like to avoid additional processing fees, you are welcome to pay off the remainder of your payment plan within the first 30 days of enrolling in the program. Please note, if you would like to pay off the remainder of your payment plan after the first 30 days, you will be responsible for the processing fees associated with your 6 month payment plan commitment.
Section 5 – Terms of Sale
Our PHH Programs are more particularly described on our Website at the time of purchase. All prices shown for the PHH Programs are shown in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to change or amend our PHH Programs, or any of its rules or requirements at any time and will provide notice to you of any such changes, if any.
We do not and cannot guarantee healing by signing up for the PHH Programs or completing all training requirements. Healing results and the extent there of varies person to person based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the extent which you engage in the program, coaching, and healing process with the Lord. We do not guarantee any certain results in regards to completing the Deep Dive Wholeness Program.

Section 6 - Additional Payment Terms
When you provide us payment information, you represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the payment method provided, and that you will notify us of changes to the payment information, if any.
We reserve the right to utilize third party payment card updating services to obtain current expiration dates on credit cards and debit cards. By providing a credit card, you represent and warrant that you authorize us to charge your payment method for all charges you incur for your purchase of the PHH Programs. You agree that you are responsible to pay for and will pay for all such charges. Failure to keep a valid payment method does not constitute cancellation of the PHH Programs and your obligation to pay will continue.
If your payment for the PHH Programs is rejected, we will have no obligation to provide you with the Program Materials. If we process your order and your payment is rejected or you later issue a chargeback for any reason, you will be responsible for ensuring full payment for all monies owed to PHH.
Failure to pay for all or any part of the PHH Programs will accrue interest at one percent (1%) per month until paid in full. PHH reserves the right to transfer any past-due balance to a collection agency or attorney. If your past-due balance (of any amount) is transferred to a collection agency or attorney, PHH shall be entitled to recover all costs and fees in collecting your past-due balance, including all reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
Section 7 – No Refunds
Once you have purchased our PHH Programs, we cannot offer a refund or cancellation of any kind.
The reason why we cannot offer a refund or cancellation of any kind is because once you have paid for the PHH Programs, you will have been granted access to Program Materials, any or all of which may be copied by you without our authorization or knowledge. As such, we strongly advise you to think about your purchase of the PHH Programs, whether or not you can incur this expense, and whether or not the PHH Programs is right for you, prior to purchase. Finally, there is no cooling-off period for your purchase of the PHH Programs which becomes non-refundable at the time of purchase and agreeing to these Terms, whether or not you have paid the full Cost of the PHH Programs at the time of purchase or enrolled in our Payment Plan Method.
Section 8 – Program Materials & License to Use
By paying for and purchasing our PHH Programs, you will gain access to all materials in the Deep Dive Wholeness Program or hereinafter adopted (the “Program Materials”). Program Materials will be sent to you or you will gain access to them after paying for and signing up for our PHH Programs.
The Prophetic Heart Healing PHH Programs are for you and you alone, and cannot be exploited by others or yourself, except in pursuit of your personal healing journey.
Any unauthorized use by you of the PHH Programs automatically terminates this license without prejudice to any other remedy provided by applicable law or these Terms.
Section 9 – No Guarantee & Obligations
By signing up for the PHH Programs and going on this healing journey, you hereby acknowledge and agree that (a) PHH cannot and does not guarantee that you will be healed; (b) nor guarantee any specific results as a result of participating in this program.
Section 10 - Disclaimer
OUR PHH Programs ARE provided 'as is' and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, PHH and its directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliates, exclude all representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Section 11 – Limitation of Liability
PHH shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance for causes beyond our control or any other damage which does not result from a breach of our obligations under these Terms.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, NOR SHALL WE BE HELD LIABLE FOR DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE RESULTING FROM CAUSES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00).
YOU AGREE THAT NO CLAIMS OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, OR IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, THE USE OF OUR PHH Programs OR CERTIFICATION MAY BE BROUGHT MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION RELATING TO SUCH CLAIM OR ACTION AROSE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH OUR SERVICES, TERMINATION IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY. WE HAVE NO OTHER OBLIGATION, LIABILITY, OR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU.
Section 12 – Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold PHH, its agents, employees, directors, officers, owners, etc. harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any claim, action, or demand arising from (i) your use of our PHH Programs, Deep Dive Wholeness Program and Certification Program; (ii) your acts or omissions in running your heart healing business if certified, and (iii) your breach of these Terms.
Section 13 – General Provisions
a. Entire Agreement. These Terms contains the entire agreement between you and PHH as it pertains to the PHH Programs and the Deep Dive Wholeness Program
a. Waiver. The failure by PHH to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of our right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.
a. Applicable Law/Dispute Resolution. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Except for your non-payment of any monies owed, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration. The prevailing Party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover its/his/her reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. The governing rules shall be the rules, then-implemented, by the American Arbitration Association commercial division. PHH and you agree that any such final decisions may be presented to a court of competent jurisdiction for purposes of being confirmed as a judgment enforceable under the law in which that party is domiciled or where their headquarters are located.
a. Class Action Waiver . To the extent permitted by applicable law, you and PHH agree that any dispute arising out of these Terms or the PHH Programs is personal to you and PHH and that any disputes, if any, will be resolved solely through individual arbitration (except for non-payment by you), and will not be brought as a class arbitration, class action or any other type of similar proceeding.
a. Notices. All notices should be sent via email to admin@prophetichearthealing.com.
a. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. If an arbitrator or panel of arbitrators finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
